Warranty Definition and Guides:

•  All computer products sold by Corporate Development Group or duly appointed representatives or subsidiaries thereof are supported by 1 year (365 days) manufacturer's minimum warranty period unless manufacturers specify otherwise. Manufacturers' warranty statements will be supplied with each software or hardware product. 
  

•  Generally Warranty does not cover: 

1. Any software damage or re-installation

2. Any damages caused by virus or software modifications  

3. Any scratches on CD Software resulted from the customers' improper use 

4. Normal wear and tear resulted from the normal use of product or alternatively;

5. Any improper use/misuse of the product or electric/static shocks (whether deliberate or not), physical abuse, unauthorized service or attempts to service or modify equipment in any way
