All of our shipments are insured by Canada Post Insurance against theft,
loss or damage while transported up to $5000.00 in Canadian funds (or
3230.00 US)

Your credit card will show that your card was billed by one of the
above-mentioned credit card processing companies.

If your country location is not served by our credit card processing company
or if you would like to pay us by cheque, cash, or money order you can order our
products by sending us payment in advance.
Please keep in mind that no product
will be shipped until your payment instrument has been received and availability

Insurance fee will be
automatically charged on each shipment regardless whether our
customer has ordered it or not unless the customer or duly authorized
representative thereof arranges for a pickup by its own courier/shipment
company which carries shipment insurance against theft, loss or damage.

If payment has not been received within 14 days from the date the order is placed the order will be considered to be null and void.

No refunds or returns on software products
regardless whether they are compatible with customers' hardware or not unless they have been found to
be defected due to manufacturer's error or fault.

Hardware returns are subject to 20% restocking charge.

No refund on shipping charges
unless wrong product was shipped by our representatives or when product has
not been delivered because we are out of stock. In this case all charges
will be refunded.

Any applicable taxes will be
assessed extra and must be paid before any order is shipped, unless our
customer produces valid tax exemption documentation which is subject
to verification by CDGCI with issuing tax authority.

Any additional custom
import/export taxes may be charged extra by any tax authority in any
country. These charges are sole responsibility of our customers.

There will be $25.00 charge on all monetary items returned for any reasons
by customer's financial institution.

No product shipment will be made until all fees, charges, taxes or other
amounts charged are paid in full.

We reserve the right not to release repaired/serviced computer products
and hold them as a security for payment for our services when applicable.

We reserve the right to sell serviced computer equipment to recover our
fees for services provided when our customer fails to pay our fees for
services 90 days after the service has been provided.
