• We cannot be responsible for any damages arising from visiting this web site, data or revenue  or other type of losses whether direct or indirect, due to malfunctioning of computer or storage equipment.
  

• When storage equipment or devises are damaged our or manufacturers' liability is limited to replacement or repair of defective product. 
  

• Any malfunctions or breakdown of any of our computer hardware or software will be limited to the repair or replacement thereof. Corporate Development Group of Companies or authorized representatives thereof hereby decline any additional responsibility for revenue losses whether direct or indirect, or any other damages which may result from malfunction of the computer equipment sold.
  

• Any applicable taxes will be assessed extra and must be paid before any order is shipped, unless our customer produces  valid tax exemption documentation which is subject to verification by CDGCI with issuing tax authority.
  

• Any additional custom import/export taxes may be charged extra by any tax authority in any country. These charges are sole responsibility of our customers.
  

• No order will be processed until full payment has been received by CDGCI.
  

• If payment has not been received within 14 days from the date the order is placed the order will be considered to be null and void.
